- The cash earned in your accounts is not actual money. Payouts are based on the income of the site. The more income the site gets, the higher the payout conversion is. The actual amount you make is figured once all income is added and the number of payout requests are counted. Every month, the amount you make per request is different. Payouts start on the last day of the month and can take up to 7 days. 85% from site profit will come back to members. All payments will made in function of site profit.
- Just members who invest in this site in the month when they request money can cashout! Members who invested in EarthPTC.info can cashout just once per month. This mean, if you want to received money in may you must invest in april.

Standard Members should only expect up to 0.1% of their earnings.
You must have only 1 payment request for the admin to process your payment and you should only request by the 25th of the month to gain higher earnings to receive a bigger share. If you have more than 1 payment request admin will choose one of the requests for payment and will cancel the others. The more you click and earn and request in your cashout the higher your share of the earnings will be.

Same as Standard members but they will have more ads than standard members in their account(remember: the more you click, earn will be bigger). Upgraded members will be paid one half of what you have paid for your upgrade plus a share of the site revenue(remember the more you click and earn the bigger your portion of the share will be) as well as receiving the ads that come with the upgrade and the enhancements.

- You are responsible for securing your password. Your password is stored in our database and encrypted. If your account is found to be hacked, we are not held responsible. You may request your password via email if you have lost it.
- You may have all the referrals in the world if you have the power to do so.
- Admin is not responsible if you lose referrals due to deleting of your referrals for inactivity, deleting for cheat check fails, or any other violation of Terms.
We do not tollerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network. Cheating would include any of the following:
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site.

This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
